Glóðafeykir Mountain

The trail to Glóðafeykur starts at Flugumýrarbóndakirkja. From there, continue through the town towards the mountain. Be sure to close the gates after you pass. There may be sheep and horses in the meadows. Once you have crossed the fence over the A-shape, continue through the meadow up towards the mountain. You can walk up the north side of the mountain and follow the path up until you reach the peak where you will enjoy a magnificent view of Skagafjörður.
